Shipping policy

We ship to supported United States addresses. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. Any optional delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing following payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and United States public holidays.

The daily order cutoff is 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders received later begin processing on the next business day.

Standard transit generally takes another 3–7 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and incorrect addresses can cause delays.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details are emailed when available. Initial tracking updates may take time to appear.

Check your address carefully. Contact us immediately about corrections; changes may be unavailable after processing begins.

For a missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect delivery, send your order number and relevant details so we can investigate.
